The EDM world has always been one of the most diverse talent pools. Whether an international icon or a local resident DJ, it seems like they all know how to get the party on its toes. But, recently, it’s been the remixes of young teen prodigies that are taking the EDM world by storm.
DJ’s like Russian trance DJ Arty, a kid who looks like he has yet to surpass 8th grade graduation, and the likes of 15-year-old Sweed Jakob Liedholm, French phenom Madeon (18) and Porter Robinson, NC (20) seem to be the new kings or remixes, and ridiculously loud (in both senses of the world) bass drops.
You can be a witness to the madness yourself this Sunday at Identity Festival at Festival Pier, as two of the previously mentioned artists above (Arty & Madeon) are scheduled to take the stage in Philly Sunday. (TICKETS)
